Fanuc robot server MCC cannot be turned on (alarm 022) for maintenance
I. failure phenomenon:
The magnetic current contactor of fanuc robot servo amplifier cannot be turned on, and the alarm display is SRVO -- 022 SVAL1 SRDY on (Group: I Axis: j).
Ii. Cause analysis
When HRDY is about to open MCC through signal, SRDY is already in the open state. (HRDY is a signal from a host that detects whether the magnetic current contactor of the servo amplifier is on or off. It is a signal from a servo system that tells the host whether the magnetic current contactor is on or off.)
Iii. Solutions:
1. Replace the axis control card on the main board.
2. Replace the main control CPU on the circuit board.
3. Replace the servo amplifier.
4, check the connection between the servo amplifier and the main CPU circuit board, if found abnormal, replace the circuit.
