Maintenance period:

1. When the normal operating time of the robot reaches 10,000 hours or the operating time is 3 years, the internal lubricating oil of the body reducer needs to be replaced, and the maintenance interval period shall be shortened appropriately according to the actual operating environment of the robot.

2. The two sides of the robot body balance cylinder SHAFT are filled with lubricating oil once every six months.

3. The robot needs to replace the battery once a year (FANUC recommended battery)

4. The main board battery in the control cabinet needs to be replaced every 2 or 3 years.

Actual operation

1. Switch the robot to manual mode: the key switch ON the control cabinet is switched to T1/T2, the indicator ON/OFF switch is in the ON position, and press the emergency stop button

Note: do not turn off the power of the robot when replacing the battery

2. Adjust the robot to the refueling attitude: slowly move each axis, and move the robot to the specified attitude (the position required by each axis).

3. Open the oil outlet of each shaft (unscrew the oil outlet screw with the inner hexagon)

J1 shaft oil outlet screw position and open

4. Position and open the screw of J2 shaft oil outlet

5. Position and open the screw of J3 shaft oil outlet

6.J4 shaft GEARBOX oil outlet screw position and after opening

7. Position and open the J5 oil outlet screw on the wrist

8. Position and open the screw of J6 oil outlet on the wrist.

Note: the oil outlet of J6 axis needs to be filled with oil in J5 axis, close the oil outlet and then open it

9. Variety and quantity of lubricating oil used for each shaft

10. Use the manual refueling gun to oil inlet of each shaft (or use the pneumatic gun to control the pressure at about 0.15mpa)

11. Position of refueling port of J2 shaft reducer

12. Position of refueling port of J3 shaft reducer

13. Position of J4 axis GEARBOX refueling port

14.J5, J6 axis position of wrist oiler mouth (share one oiler mouth). Replace the lubricating oil of J6 reducer after filling J5 shaft and closing the oil outlet and opening the oil outlet of J6 shaft.

15. Replace the manual oil gun and fill the balance cylinder lubricating oil according to the figure

16. The left and right sides of the balance cylinder SHAFT refueling

17. Manually move each shaft for 10-20 minutes to discharge the internal pressure of reducer, and then screw back the oil outlet screw.

18. Open the battery cover and replace the body battery

Note: pay attention to the installation direction of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery

Do not turn off the power of the robot when replacing the battery

19. Replace the battery in the control cabinet

Note: do not turn off the power of the robot when replacing the battery

20. Remove the external emergency stop alarm after cleaning the site tools and garbage, and resume the production of the robot
